- On your smartphone go to the App store or Google play store and search ‘Video Doctor’ and download (It is free to download)
- Register /Sign up to the app. You will need your e-mail address. Select Country & Country code. Enter your mobile number.
- Select clinic -Video Doctor
- You will receive an SMS text with an OTP if all details are correct-input the OTP to activate your account.
- Once activated-you can log in and request a video consultation.
- You will get a SMS text message with an appointment time for your consultation.
- At the time of your appointment-you will need to be logged in and the doctor will call you. You will need mobile data or Wi-Fi.
- You will have to allow the app to access your camera and microphone for the video consultation.
- You need to ensure you are in a secure place for the consultation to be safe and confidential.
